UKhunterOutfitters: sell me a Nyala hunt
Title says it all.
That is the animal I most want, and am ready and willing to work hard for in 2008 or 2009.
Maybe a bushbuck too....maybe.
I'll be passing up on the Impala, Kudu, Wilderbeest, Zebra, Warthog, Giraffe, Lion, escaped zoo Tiger, whatever!
What I want is a really good Nyala.
I'm fit, I'm flexible about location and accommodation, I can shoot straight, but I don't shoot long distances.
So over to you.

AlloutContact John Harris (he posts here as 500Nitro - or pm me and I will get you his email address). He has a great area that is flush with Nyala in the KZN. He does a great show and is a good guy. Reasonable prices too.

www.samaria.co.zaThey just leased a piece of property thats supposed to hold a bunch of nyala. I hunted with them two years ago and had a great time, and killed some spectacular animals. I'm going back next May to try for an nyala.

Aspen Hill AdventuresAdd me to your list to check out, I have some good spots as well. One has very good spiral horn species on the same property, excellent nyala, eland, kudu and bushbuck.

Use Enough GunContact AR member Brad Rolston at rolston585ae@iafrica.com I have shot two Nyala with Brad in the last two years, with one going 28" and the other one 30". I had the choice between two 30" nyala bulls with Brad three weeks ago and picked the one that I thought would look best in the trophy room at home. The 28" bull was shot in Kwa Zulu Natal and the 30" bull in the Limpopo province. Nyala is one of his specialties. I also shot a 16 1/4" bushbuck with Brad on the trip three weeks ago. Greg RMy KZN outfitter, Ally Robins, has the best nyala hunting I've seen. I took a 30 1/2 inch bull there last year. My 5 clients all took bulls from 28 1/2 to 31 1 1/4 inches. I have an exclusive deal with him for a limited number of 5-day nyala packages for $3,500.

Russ GouldFor $195 a day self-catered, or $300 per day fully catered, you can hunt Nyala in the same area that the RW all time record was shot a few years back, and the trophy fee for a 28" plus Nyala is $1950. Hunting on foot only, tented camp, great ambience.
