Anyone know what turtle this is? I got from my grandfather after he´s death, he had been on a few trips around the world but mostly East Africa, could it be from there ?

It is probably +50 years old so I dont know if the colors match real life.

My guess would be a young hawksbill sea turtle.

Anton,

From the size, the defined ridges along the spine and absence of underside markings, strongly suggests it to be the hatchling of a Hawksbill Turtle.
