That article is full of inaccuracies .. Who in their right mind comes and hunts an elephant bull and pays $120 000.. To shoot a 40-50lbs bull if he is lucky. It's at best around $38-42k for a 14 day safari all in, depending on the area hunted. I wonder who gave the minister of tourism that information. Some rocket scientist at national parks HQ no doubt. Just goes to show the caliber of people that are running our wildlife and conservation affairs in the country. Probably the same person who said she should extradite Palmer for shooting Cecil .
