We just heard from one of our top outfitters in Namibia that he has been awarded one of the single best concessions in Africa for trophy elephants.

This concession was last hunted 10 years ago by famed elephant hunter Kai Uwe Denker. His clients consistently took huge elephants here.
According to our outfitter who has been hunting elephants for 30 years in Namibia this concession will produce huge trophy results for those willing to put in the shoe leather, walking miles a day.

For those who do there is an excellent chance that elephants over 70 lbs will be taken with a real chance at taking elephants over 80 lbs!

The 2009 price for a 14 day hunt is $25,760 daily rate (includes VAT), $7,600 gov't fees, and $14,000 trophy fee for the elephant no matter how large. Total is $47,360.

These hunts are not for those unwilling to work hard for their trophy. We know that the price will be increasing in 2010 and it could be a very significant increase, most likely a total cost of around $70,000.
