I needed a scope in the worst way and I wanted a Leupold 1.5x-5x with the German #4 reticle. The problem was that Leupold didn't have one in stock so I bought a 1.5x-5x with a duplex reticle from a dealer and had them overnight it to Leupold with a rush request for the reticle change. This all happened on Wednesday. I received the scope today! Now that is customer service! I leave for Botswana on the 29th with scope in hand. Thanks Leupold! M

I have gotten where I will buy nothing but Leopold scopes. They are good quality and even something does go wrong they will fix or replace the scope no questions asked. Also, I do not have the money to buy Zeiss or Swaroski scopes, but I do not seea huge difference in quality over Leopold.

I've become pretty much stuck on Leupold myself.

I've purchased other scopes with so called lifetime warranties like Tasco. Then the company goes out of business and the warranty is worth nothing. By the time you buy a couple of the cheaper scopes, it would really be cheaper just to buy a Leupold.

Good luck on that safari.

I have nine Leupolds and the last four new scopes have been Zeiss and so will the next one.
