Charlie64Bow hunting Tanz
.
Was looking at some East African hunting / outfitters web sites and came across one that stated
Bow hunting double the quoted trophy prices.
Seemed pretty strange to me. Is this mandatory in Tanzania or what could the reason be ?
Thought this a better forum for the question first before emailing the ph direct ....
Cheers

Bow hunting is considered to be "unconventional" by the Local Authorities but for those hunters who wish to hunt by these means, the trophy fees for the privilege is doubled.

The double fee might just be a message that the TZ hunting authorities are not really interested in bow hunters but if one is dumb enough to pay the price, its worth a chuckle.
