Hi ALF,
I have a Brno ZG 47 in .404 Jeffery.
I bought a mould from NEI (www.neihandtools.com) ~400 grains in cal .423 with their own top punch and lube die from RCBS. I use gas checks and load it with Norma 203-B powder to about 1800fps. It works well for me.

Try www.beartoothbullets.com
They sell 380 grain bullets at a very cheap price.

ALF,

Oregon Trail's Laser Cast bullets have a good reputation. I have some .458" 405 gr and 500 gr for testing.

You might give them a call.

Alf,

Some LBT moulds just went by on Ebay. If you are not in a hurry, you should try the LBT style bullets (beartooth has 'em) before you buy a different style. I'm just getting started, but I REALLY like the LBT in my 44 Mag and wish I had one for my .416. (I have an RCBS mould for it.)

Look for an LBT mould marked .425 to .427 WFN or LFN to be 404 specific. These are the final dimensions for a bullet cast from wheel weights. Other alloys will generally be .002 larger.

Don
