There is a saying about fat girls that they are fun to have sex with but you don't tell anyone about it. I think there are animals that are not romantic to shoot or talk about but people love to hunt. For me this is the lowly warthog. I love to shoot them. Wildebeeste would be my second favoite to shoot. What do you love to shoot

It's not an African hunt if I don't shoot an impala. Don't know why, but love to hunt them.

Max, gotta go along with you. I think a wartie would have to be on my menu, everytime I hunted Africa.

Hogs, hunting any type of hog, anywhere, is just good old fashioned fun!

Pigs, pigs and more pigs. Warties, bushpigs, feral hogs. I love a good pig shoot.

We seldom get to choose
But I've seen them go both ways
And I would rather go out in a blaze of glory
Than to slowly rot away!

Bushbucks. I think I would rather hunt them than most anything else. Only thing that might be better is their big brother the Nyala.

Never hunted Africa, but I can not think of a single critter that I won't hunt that I would not admit too.

Armadillos, any time, any where, whatever gun I have in the pick up.

Rats at night with a 22 loaded with shot, armed a few beers, nothing like it.

I would not shoot anything that I would not admit to.

Even the rocks don't last forever.

One can cure:

Lack of knowledge – by instruction. Lack of skills – by practice. Lack of experience – by time doing it.

One cannot cure:

Stupidity – nothing helps! Anti hunting sentiments – nothing helps! Put-‘n-Take Outfitters – money rules!

My very long ago ancestors needed and loved to eat meat. Today I still hunt!

I don't know whether this counts, but hitting a tree top sitting crow with a .220 Swift on a sub-zero morning, facing the sunlight, sends out a corona of ice particles which glistens in the sunlight for one glorious instant.

Hitting a creature with a body the size of his fist at 300 yards as he sways in the wind gladdens an old glass eye shooter's heart.

I am shameless. I tell everyone but every thing I hunt, and I will damn near hunt anything. Same goes for fat girls. Never lied about what I killed or where I spent a saturday night.

Red eared sliders. With a 223, one second they are there, the next it rains turtle.

I hunt, not to kill, but in order not to have played golf....

The porcupine that I snuffed with a .22, 35 feet in the air in a winter-denuded tree in my yard. I did this on Saturday last. It's now Thursday, and that miserable SOB is still hanging up there like an albatross around my neck. He received another 200+ holes in him after he expired, but he remains prominently on display for any of my neighbours driving by.

Mind you, they already think that I am eccentric, so... Wink

Drove back from Twin Falls yesterday and the chucks were out in force, everywhere that there was lava rock. Get a little sunshine and it'll be party time with the 17 Fireball!
