What in Sam Hill were the damn Brits thinking? They had Africa about lined out and they threw her to the fire. Rhodesia saw how the rest went and then resisted. Britain along with the US let her go down too.

What really amazes me is all the fuss being made about racialism in the West, where one does not dare even make a joke about it. While everyone is keeping quiet when this sort of thing is happening.

Oh come now Saeed, everyone knows that black afro socialists are not racist. Non racist organisations like the "Black Lawyers Association," the "Black Businessman's Association" and the "Black Farmers Association" are not racist. You just have to black to join and belong to them.

The west has lost its appetite and ability for empires. And as you have put it so well "Africa (at least what we like of it on AR) is wasted on the Africans. " Mike

I just got back from the Matesi area in Zimbabwe. Life is very difficult for a white man in that country. The driving cost for Dangerous Game has benefited the politicians and leaders. I heard today that His Excellency was not going to let what few White PH's that are left in Zim lease land from black people. Discernment, leads me to believe that the Chinese are behind this. It is amazing the number of Chinese that I saw in Zim and Botswana. They want all of the natural resources and care nothing for future conservation or the environment. Below is a Chinese tank that I saw on the road in Botswana. I wish that our country would step in and help out. There are a select few that are very rich while the rest our dirt poor. I could comment on what I noticed about one of the ministers in Vic Falls. All I am going to say is that the guy drives a full size double cab Dodge pickup. How many of those do you see in Zimbabwe. Not going to state names because I was told that the Ministers and Park Officials monitor this website. Do not want them to trace anything from me back to my friends in Zimbabwe.

Very true! Unfortunately the leading terrorists in the ANC knows that too! Exactly that is why they appoint a Minister of Education who "ensures" that text books are not delivered to schools - and so keep the masses uneducated and poor and so low class that they are again and again prepared to vote for the thieving ANC terrorists posing as politicians who make false promises about houses, cars, refrigerators, and a "better life for all"? Lack of skills – by practice. Lack of experience – by time doing it. One cannot cure: Stupidity – nothing helps! Anti hunting sentiments – nothing helps! Put-‘n-Take Outfitters – money rules! My very long ago ancestors needed and loved to eat meat. Today I still hunt!

That is for bloody sure, past masters at it. Then add the damn unions. SA is critically short of electricity, and needs new plant urgently. The two new plants are being held up, costs are rocketing skywards while the bloody unions hold the country to ransom. Shitten dimwits the lot of them. Some are born stupid, the rest of them work at it.

Its been going on a long time. Back in 1994 I did some work in Zim and saw first hand what happens. The first wave of farm purchases (back then at least market rates were being paid for property to placate Canadian and other banking interests) had just begun and the first thing the communities that occupied the lands did was sell all the fence wires - resulting in overgrazing and land degradation. On the neighbouring commercially managed properties - fencing and controlled grazing. You don't need to ask which was more productive and sustainable... At first I thought how ridiculous it all was, but then it dawned on me that the occupiers had no understanding of commercial agriculture or any aspiration beyond subsistence living. They were just pawns of a self-serving, cynical, political machine...
