I saw in today's Houston paper that Tom Friedkin died last week. There was no notice of it in the obits. He got the Gulf Coast Toyota distributorship because Carol Shelby recommended it to him in the 1960's. It was very good business move and he liked to hunt Tanzania.
We have suffered a real loss.
