As time is getting closer I was wondering what the status of the dinner is? As to the Sat party to help Joyce, Frank and I gauge the needed supplies food, booze etc. it would be nice to have an approximate count on those planning to attend. Would those who are planning on attending the party add their names to this list.

Thanks.

Guys - please count me and wife in for the dinner because we would love to put some faces with the names. Right now we are planning to attend the Friday night AR cocktail event (wherever that ends up) & the Saturday night AR dinner (wherever that ends up.) As I said in the thread below we will be staying at the Anatole with a rental car so maybe we can help with transport to either.

Count us in.

The Sat party is at the Comfort Inn at 7138 N Stemmons Freeway, and it appears that Papas BBQ is on tap for Fri. Mike are you going to make it official for Fri night? Mike even though the Fri dinner is a do it yourself type deal I think it would still be good to have a head count so they know what size room to reserve for us.

reddy375, don't mean to jump Mikes place, but we (AR) are getting togeather at Pappas BBQ joint on Friday night for bull and booze and the those that want to can eat there or go else where. On Sat night we are geathering at the Comfort Inn for more bull and booze with a few tidbits to munch on (I get more than enough to eat there) and then many go off to dinner on there own. I think some were at the "party" until after mid-night caressing a beautiful double rifle. Big Grin

Around 6:00 ...... as soon as folks get out of the show & to the party. Historically, it'll last long into the evening ...... last year some of the attendees stayed at the party until around 10:00, then went out to a late dinner, then came back & talked until probably 2:00 AM. It's a great time with GREAT company. I think Tony was the last to leave.
