Okay we will give this the old college try, feel free to send me a PM with any questions.

We are proud to offer this exclusive African Safari Plains Game Hunt for June and July 2008 now booking at below published 2006 pricing. That’s right; book your 9 day/7 full days of hunting in Limpopo Province, South Africa. This safari includes 4 trophy animals; Blesbuck, Kudu, Gemsbuck and Impala. Standard fare by the PH’s published price list would be excess of $6,000.00 at current prevailing 2006 pricing! However, we are pleased to offer this entire package for 2008 inclusive of all items enumerated below for $4,995.00 USD. Now that is a deal!

Don’t miss your opportunity to experience a quality hunting safari in the most economical & politically as well as one of the most beautiful regions in all of Africa at an incredibly reasonable price. Space is limited to six hunters (& six non hunters) for each week on a first come first serve basis, so don’t delay. You can’t find a better value for the dollar anywhere. Additional trophies may be taken during the seven days of hunting for the cost of the trophy rate as published on Eulalie’s Price List as of January 1, 2008. This is an awesome opportunity to take an additional trophy if you tag out early or just want to add in another animal. Additional days may be negotiated at the time of booking at the prevailing daily rate of $350.00/day 1xhunter & 1xnon-hunter per PH.

Safari Dates: Dates of the scheduled 7 day safari are Week #1: June 21, 2008 through June 27, 2008. Arrive on Friday, June 20th; hunt Saturday, June 21st through Friday, June 27th. Leave to return to Johannesburg on Saturday, June 28th. Week #2: June 30, 2008 through July 6, 2008. Arrive on Sunday, June 29th; hunt Monday, June 30th through Sunday, July 6th. Leave to return to Johannesburg on Monday, July 7th.

Experience Africa’s warmest welcome at Eulalie Hunting Safaris, where southern hospitality takes on a whole new meaning for us north of the equator. Your host’s, Isan and Chantel van Zyl, will make you feel right at home and make your African dreams come true. After a long day in the bush, come home to the tranquility of a spectacular African sunset while relaxing on the deck overlooking a water hole and unwinding from the heart pounding day of safari trophy hunting excitement.

Included above for the hunt is: 1x Hunter (& 1 x accompanying Non-hunter) per PH, trophy fees (licenses and permits) for the four animals mentioned above, pick-up and drop off at Johannesburg International Airport, full board and lodging for hunter and non-hunter including beer, wine and spirits in moderation, 14% accommodations tax (VAT), 4x4 vehicle transportation, trackers, camp staff, laundry, field preparation of trophies, skinning, cleaning, salting of hides and delivery of your trophies to PH’s taxidermist. Note: Animals wounded and lost count the same as it they were harvested.

Not included the above hunt is: transportation to and from Johannesburg International Airport, meals, lodging, transportation before June 20th (week #1) and June 29th (week #2) or after drop off in Johannesburg on June 28th (week #1) and July 7th (week #2); unless prearranged and paid for in advance, taxidermy cost, dipping/shipping, incidental expenses and gratuities.

Eulalie Hunting Safaris has very graciously agreed to work with us on a very reasonable payment plan as follows: $500 initial deposit per hunter holds your spot. Another $1,500 per hunter would be sent by October 1, 2007. Another $1,000 would be sent April 1, 2008. The balance would be due upon arrival and in the form of a certified check. If you book after October 1, 2007 the sum of all previous deposits plus the current deposit due must be made as the initial deposit. Checks are to be made payable to Isan van Zyl and will be mailed to hook-n-hunt c/o Brandt Williams for depositing in Isan’s US account. I will keep a log of payments and e-mail copies of the payment log to Isan and all hunters.

Deposits and payments are forfeited if a replacement cannot be booked in the cancellation opening within 90 days of the beginning of the scheduled safari. Each client has the first opportunity to secure a replacement in order to avoid the potential loss of the deposit and payment. Medical, personal/family emergencies, regional instability and advisories posted by the United States State Department regarding travel to said destinations where safaris are booked and acts of God that preclude the hunter from participating on the scheduled safari will be dealt with on an individual basis. The final decision under said circumstances is that of Eulalie Hunting Safaris. hook-n-hunt will work closely with Eulalie Hunting Safaris to fairly evaluate and provide input to Eulalie Hunting Safaris for any legitimate re-scheduling necessitated by the aforementioned conditions. Hunters may consider purchasing individual travel insurance if concerned with overseas travel.

Feel free to contact me personally, and I will be more than glad to answer your questions, work with you in developing a budget so you know what your projected total turn key cost will be, booking and handling all arrangements if desired, assisting with your gear list and establishment of reasonable expectations for the safari hunt, etc. No one wants to encounter surprises or come home disappointed because they didn’t understand the basis of the safari hunt and what to expect. Our business is providing a turn key professional service ensuring your expectations and desires are met. References are available upon request. There is limited space for only 6 hunters on each hunt on a first come, first serve basis.
