All inclusive includes airfare? Russ, the problem with this hunt will be the weight limitations on the ammo you're taking, especially in regards to the bird shooting!

Sorry, that would be too good to be true!

Excludes airfare tips and taxidermy. Includes everything else, and I guess I should say moderate alcohol.

You can buy all the shotgun ammo you need in Pietersburg on arrival. There's a pretty decent sporting goods store there. They have Eley and also the local stuff.

H'mmmm,
Let's get it right, Russ. Your statement and in your announcement is "All Inclusive", then you say, "Too good to be true". Right? That part is true. Read what you wrote, man. I'd love to see someone hold your ass to it, legally. Any other "exceptions" or surprises you forgot to mention, Russ? Your "sorry" disclaimer reply(opening word) is so touching.

You peddlers here on this Forum are mostly misleading, "that's understood" lying asses. Small lies, I accept. Big ones - no.

Then, Russbo, there's the dbl rifle gun case issue on your part, outstanding. If you ever told the complete truth, you'd have to go back and apologize, it appears.

Lastly, if you're gonna sell it, learn how to spell it.

Dungbeetle, not to side with the outfitter here, but what is all the indignation about? Does anyone who has ever hunted anything before think that tips and taxidermy is included in a hunt? How is that supposed to work? Hey, he didn't mention souvenirs either. Better get the tar and feathers.

Come on, we have enough to disagree about on the forum without picking a needless fight!

Russ,
Those are some great packages! I think I would be content hunting impala and warthogs for a very long time. Both under rated game as far as I am concerned. Blue wildebeest in the mopane can be very tough as well.

Russ,
I understood your offer perfectly. As with most things, it is hard to be perfect. If a person is really interested, they will call or email you as you are courteous enough to put your name, phone number and website on this forum.

Hang in there and continue to post. I suspect that most people appreciate what you are doing.

Dungbeetle - I guess the name fits you to a T?? If you have nothing positive to contribute, why do you waste your time here?? All but the totally ignorant know exactly what Russ is offering and I for one thank him for making this information available. "Put a sock in it", comes to mind!!.

Pietersburg

Pietersburg is in the northern province of RSA. I have hunted there. Lots of trophy-quality game.

As for the other- more dung than beetle it seems.

HFKATH,

"Pietersburg" used to be in the Northern Province. Then the Northern Province went away! Confused Sort of like Apartheid also went away! Big Grin IIRC it did not take Pietersburg with it. But shortly after, or if I don't remember correctly more or ess at the same time, Pietersburg also went the away! ConfusedYes, youre correct, like Apartheid! Big Grin

Nowadays there is a place in the Limpopo Province that is called Polokwane, and you know what? Place looks very much like the old Pietersburg that used to be in the Northern Province! These are just some of the pleasures of living in the New Super-Racist South Africa - but the new form of super-racism is officially called 'addressing the injustices of the past".

In good hunting, near Pietersburg or Polokwane - same place: Make your pick!

Thanks Andrew. Sorry to hear all of this. What a mess! I am saddened for the plight of the fine people I have met in RSA.

It's your money and it's your time, Larry. Spend both very wisely. Positive contributions, in your eyes, is "everything is beautiful", eh? Don't like it, don't read it. Who cares?

Repeat, know what vested interests the brown lipstick gang has. Larry is one of these.

HFKATH,,ok, you win. Wink

Well I knew what you were offering and it seems like a good deal but not a great deal. If I was not booked on a hunt I would be calling you for more information. The second part of my safari this year is some what like your #2 package: 5 springbok; 2 gemsbok 1 red hartebeest 1 blue or black wildebeest 1 blesbok and 1 warthog for a couple of hundred less in a top notch place near Kimberley. Of course I think some of my fees are going to pay for the magazine writers that will also be in camp with us. I am not sure if any of your animals will be of trophy class but I am sure one could add a trophy animal or two if the opportunity was presented. There was no bird hunting listed with my hunt and each hunter must hunt with a Serengeti Rifle.
10 x Impala
5 x Bluewildebeest
1 x Zebra
5 x Warthog

If it make a differance, I had a very postive experiece with Russ on the purchase of my tika 512 double rifle and 12 ga . set.
I was a pain to deal with trying to decide on what set up I wanted. It was 3 calls and a bunch of e-mails. What closed the deal was his promise to get it to me in 3 or 4 days so I could take it hunting opening weekend. It arrived a day earlier than promised. I lost a set screw a week after the Hunt. Russ called across the country to get me one, no charge. The so called guncase thing sould not had happened It sounds as if it was all made right. Nobody gets it right all the time.

Glad to hear it.

The "so called" guncase thing ain't "so called". Ask your Podnah.

Your last sentence,,,you're right. Most of the time, anyhow.
