The media report on this was quite disgusting and designed to attract adverse comment.

One day I would like to meet one of these big tough men anti hunters. Head to head.

Note the comments after the stories, pretty sad commentary on the ignorance of the general public. After the Daily Mail piece you can rate the comments. I rated all but one thumbs down. It would be nice if everyone of us who read the piece would either comment or rate the PETA idiots thumbs down. Maybe they would get the idea that there are those who don't share their prejudices.

Both tabloids, no credibility so if we expect anything better we will just be disappointed.

I am 52. A large percentage of veterinarians my age and older were hunters. The younger vets in my practice are hunters as well. We are lucky that our clientele (Performance Horse Industry)is very accepting of hunting and many are hunters as well.

Hi Lane,

In my business, Industrial Distribution of Hydraulic components, my clientele are Miners, Construction Workers, Operating Engineers and Drillers.

These industries are historically loaded with hard men whom grew up respecting and using the outdoors and shooting sports.

When I went to Tanzania last year, it was right in the middle of the Cecil fiasco, I was telling my business partner I would likely forgo shooting a Lion to avoid any BS like this or the Dentist. He commented that our customers could not care less about Cecil, PETA, and would celebrate a successful Lion hunt.

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Steve

Despite what's going on in the world right now, it made front page of the Daily News here in NYC.

The Liberals, Hipsters, Freaks, and Anti's love it...maybe it is making them feel better about the fact that Hillary is baking cookies for her granddaughter instead of sitting in the Oval Office.
