I just got around to reading Ganyana's story "Getting Shot". I guess it has never fully dawned on me that people of Ganyana's experience and caliber frequent this sight.

I am totally blown away!

Damn I feel small!

Hunter - there are many better PH's than me that frequent this forum - like most of us who grew up in a country at war or have spent a life time hunting they have their share of "close shaves". Just they never write about it. I will try and get Andy hunter to write up his recent leopard mauling- The wise learn from others mistakes!

that's exacttly right. take whatever shootaway says and do the opposite. he is the guy who recommends hunting leopard with dogs( where a close range charge is EXTREMELY LIKELY) using a scope sighted 300 win mag rifle!!!!!!!!!!
