Ahhh The Duke, i have never seen him in real life but its said he´s notso big in bodysize. He also only have one tusk now. Several 100 punders were taken this year, Namiba, Botswana and Mozambique. http://krugerparktimes.blogspo...s-tusk-lost-and.html

140-150 per side, easy - maybe more. Spectacular elephant, in any era. Mike Wilderness is my cathedral, and hunting is my prayer.

This isn't as big of a bull, but is one of the younger up and coming great bulls of Kruger. I took this image in May of 2009.

unfortunately both Duke's tusk has broken and are currently been stored at Skukuza Camp for safekeeping; thereafter most probably will it be re-mounted in the Letaba Elephant Museum when he dies.
