Folks: If you are gonna be at SCI, and you are interested in hunting the "King" - please look me up. With the new CITES/USFWS listing in effect for 2016, and the new "special" rule - I would consider hunting your lion sooner rather than later.

Do I think the lion will continue to be importable into the USA past 2015, likely yes. But it will definitely require range states to following stricter guidelines and become more transparent.

Regardless, I've definitely chased a few lions around and I definitely have the knowledge/experience to put you in the right place, with the right people.

I can be reached at 303-619-2872 or globalhunts@aol.com if you would like to discuss a hunt.

Thank you,

Aaron Neilson

If there where many wild exportable mature male lions around I am sure many would be interested.Hopefully things improve.

Tendrams - Ya man, its just so hard to say at this point?! I think a lot of it depends on how the range states participate in age based regs/transparency with aging, etc. We'll see!!

Aaron, you are a convicted poacher so even if lions were completely off the cards you would still hunt them any way.

HCC is an idiot.

He has been warned before to take whatever argument he has with Aaron directly with him.

He won't be posting here any more.

Aaron is also a notorious womanizer and is known to consume beer by the litre. And I once caught him smoking a cigarette.

Thank you Saeed. There is free speech and then there is liable. Defamation is not free speech.

Folks - I've been dealing with this crap since 1995, that's right - 20 years ago now. Surprisingly enough, the falsehoods continue to grow!! Eeker I've learned to ignore it, cause it just ain't true - and I have explained it here on AR once before.

Besides....anyone who has hunted with, guided with, or spent time with me in the field - would know full well my ethics when it comes to hunting/conservation and my feelings as they pertain to following the law. HCC or whomever he/she is, obviously has never done so!!!!!

Heck HCC if you like, I'll give you and anyone else who wants it - the direct names / phone numbers to both the local game warden here in Colorado where I have guided/hunted for the past 15 years, and his supervisor too. Both of whom have worked within and patrolled my area, since I arrived there in 2000 - and both have dealt with me on many, many occasions. PM me, and I will give anyone there names/numbers but I prefer not to publicly post their names/numbers without permission. Once you give them a call, please feel free to publicly post any/all comments, and/or concerns they might tell you about me, and my hunting ethics/law abiding ways, or lack there of. Fair enough???

Otherwise friends, hope to see some of you this week at SCI.

Regards,

HCC,

Aaron Neilson has done as much as anyone I know for lion conservation.

Aaron is a personal friend and I have no problem recommending other personal friends to use his services.

Aaron has always been one of the most forthright and upstanding individuals I know.

Not that Aaron needed my endorsement or that it even helps...but a friend is a friend! Smiler
