I just heard Bill O'Reilly read an email on air credited to non other than Ray Atkinson of Filer, I-dee-ho. It was just after 10:00am Pacific Daylight Time here in San Diego this morning (Tuesday, June 8th).

I think he was using Ray's note as the horrible example of right wing commentary about Bill's coverage of President Bush.

He didn't say anythihng about African hunting. (mandatory content)

Damn I missed it, the bastard is a closet Democrat and if he keeps that up, the folks that made his fame will run backwards on him, then everyone will hate him ..He is doing everything he can bashing Bush and that will get Kerry elected IMO...or help.

I must assume Ray and Saeed avoid discussion of politics while on safari together.

Ray,

I catch parts of his radio and TV shows, and I think he is reading and believing his own press releases. It is pretty easy for these guys to convince themseslves that they are correct on everything.

A friend of mine who went to one of his personal appearances reported that he is very down on guns.

As a rule, I don't get involved in Politics or religion with anyone..If I had any idea O'Rielly was going to publish my email, I wouldn't have sent it!! hell I have been sending him emails, for the heck of it, for years, all complimentary, and the first time I send him one where I was agrivated, the bastard put it on the air, thanks a lot Bill ...

As to Saeed, he is respectfull of all my views towards my God and my country,as I am of his..We discuss these things very little, and when we do it is with understanding. We are friends and hunting partners not politicians, lawyers or clergymen...Those things are for other places.

In the real world Saeed is very respectfull of everyones race, views, and religious affiliations, without exception.

He is very easy to hate although I quit watching and listening some time ago.
It is quite evident that Saeed is an exemplar of the open-minded individual we all wish we were by his generosity here on this site.

I listen to O'Rielly quite a bit. He considers himself the ultimate moral and logical mind. Some of Bill's conclusions are correct. For instance he was the only one I heard hold the Red Cross up to the light on where the money went from the 911 donations.

However O'Rielly is indeed anti-gun or at least in favor of more restrictions.

I am not positive what Ray Atkinsons email said but I can tell you that O'Reilly has infuriated me with his rude and filpant treatment of the legacy of Ronald Reagan.

O'Reilly is either a closet democrat or nuts or both.

2000 election, O'Reilly opined that he liked Bush and algore [SIC] His latest remark is he has now doubts about Bush.

O'Reilly et al, were paying stations to carry his radio program. He made some nasty commments about Drudge for outing him on it "crack addict that should be killed"

Here is one on the ratings O'Reilly claimed which were false.

O'Reilly on Drudge being a threat to democracy.

I caught the end of O'Reilly's TV show tonight and Ray's e-mail was used. It was part of a series of e-mails highlighting people seeing the same show and coming away with the same conclusions. A little nonsensical as some where more generic than show specific. Anything for ratings I guess.

Regardless, the TV show reruns at 11 pm EDT.

and yes O'Reilly is for more gun control because he never lets the Constitution get in the way of running his mouth.

Ray,

At least he is consistent, I just saw your email used at the tail end of today's O'Reilly Factor on Fox News (5:57p PDT). He is bound and determined to either use you as either "a fine example or a horrible consequence".

Hunting conversations are like wardroom conservations. All gentlemen avoided talking about politics, religion and women. Saeed is of course at least a gentleman.

I don't know what they do know with gays and women in the mix. Don't talk about men I guess. <---humor

I quit listening to the blowhard.

He paints himself as an independent but closet, liberal democrat is more like it. I particularly dislike his inconsistencies on topics.

I think he is trying to get in Katie's pants.

Ray's email was aired tonight and in part it asked O'Reilly to stop the Bush bashing.

Bill O'Reilly is a multiple best selling author and claims to follow the Fox News theme of being fair and balanced.

I would wager that O'Reilly votes for Bush.

He only used a very small part of my letter...I told him he was a closet democrat into Bush bashing and he should remember who put him where he is at today, and if all the good consertives quit liking him then nobody would like him, because the liberals sure don't...and signed with a and name...

Today I wrote him back and told him I hac sent him a hundred good reports on him that I agreed with and he never used them, then one bad email he prints and I didn't even get a book ..If he reads it maybe I will get a book, who knows.

Anyway who give a fat rats a$$...

Go get him Ray! I have never heard O'reilly talk about firearms one way or the other, but have you ever notice that most people who dislike "guns" have relatively little or no exposure to them. I married my wife 12 years ago and she and her entire family were anti gun. Today she has a carry permit and understands that it's perfectly logical for me to have more than 40 guns and "need" a few more!

Ray,

I can't believe you would prostitute yourself for a book. Maybe a new gun or a good daily rate, maybe.

Gentlemen,

I have found that ANYONE who is pro hunting and pro gun, NEVER, EVER, makes it big in the media.

If it suits their purpose to further their own agenda for a while, they will do it.

That is 10000% true. Saeed is role model to me. He dosent judge people. He looks for the best in them. His concern about my mom is from his heart. He loves to teach people. Share things like videos and laughs. And will awalys play a practical joke on anyone he can. The world NEEDS more people like him. I met him many years ago right here on AR and once in person.

Saeed,

Both Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh are on our side.

I bet Dan Rather has guns and may hunt. He just does not want you and I to.

Yep,
Ray said something to the effect that O'Reilly's Bush bashing was wearing thin, and that O'Reilly was doing everything possible to get John Kerry elected.

In other words, O'Reilly's no-spin zone was spinning pretty badly.

Made me proud to be Ray's bastard son.

Give'm hell, Ray!!!

That is hilarious that Ray should long for a free book from O'Reilly. He won't get O'Reilly's freebie gift books unless he kisses up to him in something used on-air. That would be too funny!!! But Ray is quite the comedian at times ... most of the time here!!! Stay tuned.

Saeed,

If you ever get a chance to listen to Rush Limbaugh, you might agree with me that he is darn near the smartest guy around.
