I'm glad I don't have one and certainly have sincere sympathy for those who do, but calling a "special needs child" "special needs" is just more of the political correctness that many of us don't like. Is the use of the term "special needs" a reflection on the child or the parent?

While it's certainly possible I'm a fool, it's beyond debate that you are illiterate. I never tried to justify assholish behavior on the back of a defenseless child, chipolopolo did, I was merely deriding his assertion that one was related to the other.
