In case you haven't caught this on Sportsman Channel the show was well done and informative. It is the first time I have seen it and hopefully it is not just a one-shot show.
It focused primarily on Mozambique but also included some great warthog hunting in S.Africa.

I set my dvr earlier in the week to record it. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

I watched it this afternoon, agree, very well done and with an interesting twist...filmed by and produced by Africans about Africa...no heavy focus on Mr Client. I hope they keep it going.

I saw and liked it too. Plains game hunting videos can be exciting (show us a stalk, not somebody sitting at a waterhole). I believe that they stated that the next show would focus on SA.

I watched it this morning. It is produced by Puren and Janine Joubert and both the quality of the camera work and narration was well done.

The first hunt was in the Mahimba area of Moz with JP Kleinhans and was a good representation of early season buff hunting in the long grass. Tough hunting and a tense follow-up.

I also enjoyed the story on getting into and setting up for the upcoming safari season in Mozambique. It reminded me why dailies are higher for the remote camps! Getting the cruisers laden with gear and staff in while Moz was still wet is a chore!

The warthog sequence was just ok...

But all-in-all, a series worth watching!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

I watched it myself.

Puren was the first African PH I hunted with back in 2007, in the East Cape of South Africa. He worked his tail off for me and guided me to some really good trophies. I really enjoyed spending time with him.

He and Janine are a couple of first class young people.

Puren is a hardworking young man and has been working on Igala productions for a couple of years, this is his big break and it looks like he has done a fantastic job at it. I am sure Janine is keeping him in line.
