Another Canned Lion Hunt in RSA

If you thought the canned lion hunts they did on "Western Extreme" were bad, I saw the ultimate canned RSA lion hunts yesterday on the "Pigman". I normally don't watch this program because the host, Brian Quacca, has non-stop oral diarrhea. The first lion he shot with his bow at 30 yards and it was obviously doped up. It didn't react at all to his shot- no roar, no spinning, nothing. The second lion was a female and he put a horrible gut shot on her and they had to track her to put a second fatal arrow in her. This was in a matter of a couple of hours on the same day- no baiting, just tracking where the lions walked on the sandy ranch road. Brian said it was the "greatest hunting day of my life" and babbled on and on about the challenge of hunting lions. I don't know where he'll find the room in his doublewide down in Texas to fit the mounts. He said the male lion "weighed 600 pounds". He obviously is appealing to the unsophisticated or inexperienced hunter to portray this as a real "hunt". Kind of sad.

Pigman: The pinnacle of crappy hunting television shows. And some on AR want to suggest that Mark Sullivan is a bad reflection on the sport. Gimme a break.

I saw the show and wondered about the same thing. I laughed out loud when the outfitter said he was a great lion area.

I am kind of amused at Pigman's antics with hogs . When he goes elsewhere, it is pretty sad .

Isn't that the truth. And to think Leupold puts their name on his garbage is simply amazing to me. Diarrhea of the mouth is a very good description of this loser.

I saw the show too and I agree its pretty pathetic. I honestly think Sullivan would get more respect from the antis than this guy.

Forgot to mention how downright creepy
the intro to his show is. It strongly reminds
me of Leatherface in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

What I find "Creepy" is how or why people that have actual experience hunting lions as they are supposed to be hunted even watch these videos?

Even the rocks don't last forever.

piggman reminds me of some guys i went to high school with 45 years ago in rural south Georgia. their brains consisted of 3 neurons held together by 2 spirochetes. i am sure he is laughing all the way to the bank. only in America can you be turn being/acting stupid into millions of $. his "show" is obviously geared toward a somewhat naive, uninformed audience. i suffered through 1 episode just out of curiosity- never again. i would rather watch paint dry.

Pathetic, but then - it sells and that's unfortunate.

What is even more pathetic is that there are quite a few outfitters peddling this crap on AR who keep pretty quiet whenever objectionable comments are made.
The same lot peddle their wares at all the conventions yet, while openly abhorred as an unethical, unsportsmanlike method of hunting, are still freely permitted to conduct business at these venues by the organizers.
In all fairness I would much prefer seeing MS at the conventions than this bunch.

+1

I'm no fan of MS or his videos but he & they do far less damage to the African hunting industry than these canned shooting fidiots.
