Arild,
Cheers and thanks for the warm wishes!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Arild:

This old man is not in arms and just wants to chime in (for the benefit of younger posters) that he remembers when Norway threw down the gauntlet to the mighty Third Reich at the height of the Third Reich's power - and made life very uncomfortable for the Third Reich thereafter! BTW, your mention of Irish pubs tells me that you hang out in pretty good company! Smiler

Finally, thanks for the nice words from a country I always regarded as an old friend. ( We have a "few" Norwegians (wanna say millions?) over here so you are not exactly strangers. Regards.
