In 14 African safaris I have never had a PH ask me if I was shooting handloads or factory ammo. Also I have never had a PH refuse my left over handloads when I left.

Excellent point. I only partially resize my cases without touching the shoulder. It is completely possible that those rounds might not fit in another rifle of the same caliber.
