I'm at the Southern Sun Hotel in JNB, just returned from Zimbabwe and Chirisa. I took an elephant with Lou Hallamore on Saturday (the last day of the hunt). I'll post more when I get back, but in the meantime, take a look at the African Travel forum about Delta's lie.

I am a little p.o.'ed as you'll find. Click on Delta's lie please and see what I'm talking about.

JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.

I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good.

Judge,

Happy to hear about the elephant and am looking forward to the huntng report.

I fly Delta every week and I thought I had heard all of their b.s. over the years, but your story is a new one.

Congrats on the ele!

Ernest,

I'm glad your hunt was a success. I'm also sorry about the travel FUBAR. Crap like that can really taint your overall experience.

Judge-
Congratulations on the ele. I await the full report with baited breath.
I can only hope that when an airline screws me while on a big hunt, it happens on the way home. Go get em.

Congrats Ernest... looking forward to your Hunt Report!
