I was wondering if anyone has or could provide a list of country's of the world that allow foreigners to hunt? Thanks everyone for you help!

It is doubtful that such a list exists. If you were to try to research and compile one yourself, I suspect it would be easier to list countries with laws that specifically forbid hunting (by foreigners or even by residents). Such a list probably would not be very long.

Depends on what you mean by hunt. If you mean you can come to a country, obtain a visitors firearm licence, bring or borrow a firearm and then obtain a hunting permit for free that allows you to hunt over vast tracts of public (or state) owned land and national parks for any game animals available, at any time of year and take any number of animals of any age or sex, with any type of firearm above a 22 Hornet and other than a fully auto weapon, pistol, or a military style firearm, then New Zealand probably beats out any other country in the World.
