Gentlemen (and ladies): Apparently there are people out there trying to steal your hard earned money once again by purporting to represent DSC in booking hotel rooms...this is not true! You should have received an email from the exhibits manager today regarding this, but in case you did not; the email is below:

Dear Exhibitors,

This is a reminder that Dallas Safari Club (DSC) does not contact our exhibitors or members by phone regarding our convention and related matters such as hotel bookings, booth equipment rentals, etc. Please… do not interact with anyone who contacts you via phone as they are NOT representing DSC.

On this note, I have had several reports that some of you have been contacted by a company called GEH Travel (866-382-9898). They are calling you and saying they are affiliated with DSC and are assisting with hotel reservations. THIS IS NOT TRUE. DO NOT BE MISLEAD. We have contacted them numerous times and have instructed them to cease and desist contacting you.

Any information you need from DSC is normally sent to you via email from me (terri@biggame.org). Please just be aware and don’t interact with any others who contact you with regards to DSC.

You will receive an email from Freeman in September or October with the links and information on ordering equipment for your booth, electricity, internet, etc. So please be on the lookout for an email from …@freemanco.com I will also email you during that time advising you when our webpage is updated with the forms and information for your convenience. Once we have the webpage updated, it will include move-in and move-out instructions as well as booth equipment rental and other details.

I am in the midst of making the booth placements at this time. It will take me about 8-10 weeks to complete them all and send an email confirming them with each of you. Please be patient as I devote my days to this task. I will continue to answer emails and calls but may be unavailable for parts of each day as I focus on this task.
