Nice pictures, well done. On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died. Wonderful pictures Saeed, especially that leopard. Looking fwd to Parts II + Pity about the giraffe. Did you check the carcass to see what came to feed on him? Hyena, lion, poachers perhaps?

By the next morning, we found that hyaenas have fed on him, eating his eyes, ears and nose. They have also opend up his stomach. By the day after that there was very little left of him, as the vultures joined in during day time. Later on on our hunt, we felt that the vultures were actually following our truck!!??

I think this report might go to 5 parts at least. It is extremely hard to choose photos to post from the large collection we have. I might do photo reports later on.

Saeed, Thank you for such wonderful and detailed views of your trip. The pity is that you cannot capture the laughter which must have been non-stop. I hope that you have decided to be extra nice to Walter since his bullets and his cuisine were so effective. Once again thank you. Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now!
