I'm returned from our new hunting area in Zimbabwe: the Carolina Wilderness. 4 hunters 21 trophies. Great area for Sable( average over 40), Tsessebe, Wildebeest, Eland. Also ther'si the bigger population of the hartebeest in zim. Plenty of animals.Lot of water and dams. Accomodation very confortable excellent services. One hour from Harare. The perfect place for a family hunt of five/ seven days. Some pictures of my trophies: http://www.hunt101.com/img/197189.jpg http://www.hunt101.com/img/197192.jpg the group: http://www.hunt101.com/img/197194.jpg

The area is not a normal game farm. Infact about 20 years ago the owner was the chairman of one of the most important conservation association of the country. So he had decided to close a share of his farm ( about 4.000 hectares) for put inside some endagered species like Hartebeest ( very rare in zimbabwe)and Sable from the national parks and also Kudu, Eland, Wildebeest etc for Buffalo range in the south. Now after many years of correct and strict management ther'are many animals and an excellent trophy quality. So the actual owner, the son, has began to sell some hunts with a very restricted quota. For this year and for the next our company, Sebenani Trails, have the exclusive right of hunting in the area. About the Bleskok, yes is the first time I see the Blesbok in Zim. And ther'is good number of animals with a good trophy quality.
