In May I went on safari to RSA taking first timer neighbor and his wife. My wife was to go too. On Monday before the Saturday we were to leave she fell and broke her right shoulder.
Kathi already had us lined up with Emirates and South African Air and a nice meet and greet lady too.
The neighbors and I went anyway and you can read in the hunt report how well things went thanks to Kathi's efforts.
She goes to work and gets me the refund from Emirates. SAA says they too credited my AMX for their part. That was wrong. I sent Kathi a copy of my monthly statement showing I had not been refunded any monies.
Yesterday I get an Email and copy of my $232 refund thanks to her continued effort to get all the refunds done. That is what I call very good service. It is nice to deal with a pro and someone that cares.

She handled my last two trips (South Africa and Zimbabwe), did an excellent job.
