Come and hunt sunny South Africa, first check with your outfitter whether you should bring rain gear or snow gear or both. Some tradionalist hunters might frown on hunters in SA taking advantage of near frozen game. Some are begging to be helped out of their misery. Big Grin

You'd be suprised at the people that think it's hot in Africa year round or that their seasons are different from ours in the southern part of the continent.
Nights can be mighty cold there.

7C for a mid day high in our area is not funny, combine that with rain and wind and it is a disaster

Its also snowing in the Northern Cape,Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Northern Province and Guateng provinces. I wonder if they have lost any Sables.

This is just great. I finally get to go to SA hunting and they are going to have a game die-off. How will this effect my hunt in the Eastern Cape in May 2013??
