Hi Micky One of the anomylies of africa. We actively support Al Quieda and used to have a PLO embassy here, until the PLO ambassador complained too much about our dealings with Israel. Israel supplies all our tear gass, and the armoured anti riot cars that were used to crush dissent over the last few years. Mossad agents are reported to be regular visitors at state house (see them personally, but about three years ago to be honest). We used to have a stream of israli agents wanting to use the main shooting club in harare to train. For a while we tollerated them but they got to be a pain wanting "privacy" whilst they trained in their "secret" techniques ( which you could read about in Guns & Ammo). They still drive arround Harare in Car's with Ruwandan diplomatic plates. (We have no Ruwanda embassy or mission here). My mates in the CIO explain that many of their technical Advisors are Israli - mostly ex military or Mossad. In light of our current support for Al Quieda I cannot belive that the Israli government sends us advisors but we cwertainly do all our military contracting and advisory seervices through israeli companies.

Nop- Mugabe is stronger now that for the last five years. He let morgan Tsvangarai go because he knows the man is useless. If he threw morgan into jail the MDC would have to put somebody else in charge - like Ncube or Nyathi and they would actually DO something. Bob's Isralei Advisors are pretty smart. I gather it is the same stunt they played with the PLO. Arafat is useless and weak, so keep him in charge to ensure nobody below him get efficient and organised.
