I'm really not trying to start a mud slinging battle here, but given your druthers, if, in the past, you've used the services of both Coppersmith, and Flora & Fauna, which one would you choose today, and why?

I've used both - I'd rate the service basically the same. Used Coppersmith in 1999 and F&F in 2002 and shortly on my stuff from last year. I use F&F now because my taxidermist recommends and uses them, also giving me a discount becasue of their relationship.

I've used both; three times for CS and twice F&F. My next shipment will be with Fauna & Flora.

'nuff said.

Edit: No,it it's not enough said. I'm involved in an SCI Chapter project taking disabled American Veterans plains game hunting in Africa. John Meehan of Fauna & Flora heard of it and (quietly) volunteered to take care of all customs clearing and freight forwarding of trophies for these Disabled Veteran Hunts. His way of saying "Thanks!" to Vets that paid a big price for the rest of us.

That he does this is why Fauna & Flora is my first choice for handling my trophies. I'm sure there are those who have had a problem with them, but as pointed out in other threads that seems to be the nature of the business.
