Another wonderful day spent at DSC with old and new friends alike.

First order of business was to go pick up a letter for a.tinkerer at the Westley Richards booth. That in hand, Tony, Mac, Antlers (Tim) and Rojovin (Bob) and I made the rounds! Stopped by the Heym booth and visited with New_guy (Chris) and Dale.

Bailey Bradshaw joined us with his wife and son. We all fondled the little wooden double rifle action model he brought. He also had the single shot he is making with him and we gleefully passed that around. Wandered over to Wendell's booth before lunch.

Ran into Doug Turnbull and got to look at some of his creative rounds. Doug's a great guy always has time to visit.

Stopped by Empire Rifle's booth and visited with Geroge Sandman. Saw a wicked 10 lbs. 505 Gibbs.

Ended up over with Retreveer (Mike and the Mrs.) infront of Pierre's booth admiring Mike's croc and his tusks he brought down. I tell you unless you see 'em in person, description doesn't do em justice! Wow!

We stood there long enough to draw a few other AR members, Jorge and his wife, Ed and Frank and a couple of others, sorry can't remember. We had blocked the aisle and taken over the booth across from Pierre's!

On the way out stopped by Champlin's and Mims booth where I got to see PWN375 (Perry) just before I left.

Thanks to all for a great time, spent among really good folks!

The show was bigger than ever. I understand that next year they will move to the Dallas Convention Center for more space?

Thanks for the report, Rusty. Hoping to make my first DSC show next year, and meet some of you guys in person.

Bill, we look forward to it. Dallas is always a great time. Getting to put faces with nicks is great!

I was there for a pretty good while Thursday and a shorter time yesterday afternoon. Got to see a lot of people and some nice rifles. Talked to the Hornady people about their new DG ammunition.

I hope to go by Sunday afternoon for one more spin through the booths. If you see three girls and my lovely wife at Leota's jewelry booth late Sunday I will probably be somewhere around... Eeker

Now that IS scary. I can't believe the number of things Mrs Blacktailer has justified with the phrase "Well it's not as much as a buffalo hunt".
