Beautiful!!! Brett DRSS Life Member SCI Life Member NRA Life Member WSF Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick. And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too. May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep. May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip. -Seth Peterson

Looks like the original photo was taken from Jan Oelofse's place. Was it? Bill Quimby

No Bill...they're neighbors though...it was taken on Martin Walters Game Farm...dba Otjikoko Pty Ltd...Its a great place and PH Tommy Hall was superb in getting me in on some fine trophies...Both my son and I took 12 trophies in all...

Good job on the photo painting. I visited Jan and his wife in 2007, but I'd taken all the various antelope found on their place elsewhere and I didn't feel the need to shoot anything. I truly enjoyed driving around their huge property, especially seeing my first free-ranging black rhinos. Bill Quimby
