Neat article. We had a close call with ele's in Pilansberg several years ago but were much luckier, getting away in reverse. Luckily there were no cars behind us and the old cow gave up the chase after about 100m. Satisfied to stand in the road, bob her head and I suppose cuss us in elephant...."and stay out!"
