Advice for photo safari
I have a non hunting client who wants to go to Tanzania with his wife on a photo safari.
They are moderately wealthy so would probably want comfortable camps.
What company would you recommend for them?

From yon far country blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

Allen,
Your friend might wish to have a look at the following link.
Ol Donyo WuasThis is in Kenya, and we went there with some friends and the family, and had an absolutely great time..In fact, we were glad that we were staying at this camp, rather than all the lodges in the park.
It is a relatively small place - I think they only had 8 villas. Very well run, and day trips to the park can be arranged.

Allen,
If they want a really good quality photo safari in TZ have them email my better half Susan at shakari2@mweb.co.za.
She must know pretty much all of the best camps in east Africa and will be able to put together some really good itineraries for them.

Paul Oliver is probably one of the most knowledgeable guides in Tanzania he does personalized safaris, will take your friends to the best, and will create an great itinerary while keeping away from the usual tracks with 100s of other tourists.

ozhunterhoopoe safaris offer Safaris to the Serengeti,Manyara, Ngorongora, Tarengre park group. One of their Guides is Nigel Kingsly-Heath, son of the great PH.
Thanks everyone, I will pass this information on to Dan.

I know that you referenced Tanzania, but there are some spectacular photo camps in the Okavango Delta of Botswana. I'd suggest that he check those out as an alternative or add on.

LionHunterAbercrombie & Kent. Upper end and they know what they're doing; really first class operation with years of experience in East Africa.

Milo ShanghaiWith respect, forget A&K. With the knowledge and connections of this this forum you should be able to go direct to the lodges or ask Mrs. Shakari to fix it up.
If they decide to do Kenya instead of TZ feel free to pm me.
