ledvmYou also need to say you are going to shoot mono metal bullets in your .45-70 which should be a Krieghoff with its cocking safety but the only reason you are taking it is for follow-up after your bow-shot with mechanical broad-heads. And of course the only reason you are hunting buff anyway is to qualify for some sort of SCI award!

I thought we were supposed to only sight our open sighted rifles at 100 to shoot stuff at 50??? And only sight in off-hand???

I think she can look after herself.
She shoots very well with a rifle, and now learning to shoot pistols.
With a match air pistol, she shoots empty 9mm brass cases.

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.
