Two 46"plus buffalo in one herd, Mokore SVC.

Here are two bulls photographed last week on Mokore in the Save Valley Conservancy.





The second bull is still very soft but both show the true potential of the SVC. I hope you like the pictures.

I certainly do like them!

Great to see big bulls.

I really miss seeing herds of dugga boys in Zimbabwe.

We had to sit down and look for quite a while to see which one to shoot - as all were definitely great trophies.

I shot a 46.5 in ARDA in 2010. Both of these bulls bear a striking resemblance. Very nice.

I find the wide bulls with smaller boss & little drop similar to some of the Tanzanian buffalo. Some are almost like water buffalo horns.

The Zim buffalo seem to have big boss, deep drop & more curl.
