Not very many in June or July but April hunts were another story entirely. I even got tagged by a scorpion in April. I saw a young PH's hand after he tried to pick up a small puff adder a week earlier in April. He said he didn't need medical treatment but his hand looked terrible. It got him in the web by his thumb. His hand was badly swollen and ugly yellow. He was treating it with a bush remedy that didn't look like it was working to me.

Captdavid,

I was born and raised in Brownsville. Amazing about the indigos. Beautiful snakes.
