Many have lamented the lack of a suitable watering hole after the show closes, so in addition to the "Big Bull lounge", the DSC hospitality room for exhibitors, Bob's Steakhouse in the OMNI is going to have a lounge (open until 10:30 I think but not sure)where you can enjoy a quiet(er) beverage away from the loud bars. They will also be offering a few menu items as well.
