Your new Global Hunter DVD is awesome BTW Aaron - well done mate! Anyone visiting SCI will do well to pick up a copy or order direct if you cant attend. tu2

Checked-out the new Ivan Carter/Safari Classics DVD - Beasts of Legend - Really liked that one as well!! We dont get any hunting shows back in Australia so we eat this stuff up when we can get it...

Well, let's see....

More beers than I can count
Some hats, shirts and jackets from DSC
A few belts, a pack and other goodies from TX Hunt Co and Jeff
A 10 day trip to Alaska with the wife and kids including three days of float plane trips and a couple of days of boat use.
A black bear hunt for my wife
A brown bear hunt for me
I'm broke....damned beers were expensive jumping

A lot of stuff made out of cape buffalo hide including a belt, 8 cartridge slides, 8 covered cartridge carriers, 8 hats (not out of hide), a springbok horn ostrich egg holder, ceramic knife, SHE clothes for my two granddaughters (who will be getting some of the above items too), wine (and drank too much of the free samples), overpriced sandwiches and cokes but that was expected, jewelry keychains (again for the granddaughters), more wine, and arranged for two hunts in 2013. Whew, glad I don't have a wife to explain all of that to.

I knew there was something I was forgetting. Planned on a pair of Courtney Selous. I guess that's why I may need a list.

While I seriously hate to admit it, the wife might have a point in this regard, although I've resisted the suggestion for 30 years.

I really did want to buy a pair of boots.

Sounds like everyone had fun and thanks to all for a record show. African Sporting Creations will be at SCI with a crate of Courteney's, a crate of shooting sticks and many other safari essentials on the second floor in booths 3152 and 3154

I booked my first safari. 14 days buffalo and sable, and whatever else we come across that is on license.
