I literally watched two big bull giraffe fight to the death. The sound of their necks slamming into each other was like guns going off. Finally one went down for good and that was it. It was in the Balule Conservancy years ago. | |||

Well to the victor goes the spoils! He must have hit the other one in the head 4/5 times without being subjected himself. The looser fought back with a devastating body blow, but, it wasn’t enough. The looser has the markings of a Masaai Giraffe. I didn't realize that South African Giraffe's had patterns like that. I thought they had markings more like the winner. Learn something new every day. | |||
