So there we were in Dar es Salaam just having finished a very successful 21 day safari and knowing we had everything in place for the next client. We had our agent waiting in Arusha and a vehicle all ready to take him to his hotel where we would meet him the following morning.

Then the wheels fell off! - The client overslept on his flight and failed to get off the plane when he should have done and KLM left his bags and ammo in Amsterdam........so we ended up with the client in Dar, his bags in Amsterdam and his rifles in Arusha! - fortunately we also had an agent waiting in Dar es Salaam airport who met the lost client and we booked him into our hotel and also a flight back to Arusha so had no lost time - and once we arrived there I called BwanaMich and asked if he could help us out with a loan of suitable ammo - not only did he come through with the offer of ammo but he also assured us we would get the client belongings the next day - and we did.!!! - Once we got client, bags, ammo and rifles all back together where they should have been we had another great safari - and it was a real pleasure to meet up with Michel and I thank him prufusely for his kind offer of help........

The AR Band of Brothers comes through again......
