Hi Scott, I know for a fact they, the lions do not have big manes...To much havy underbrush..Like brushing our hair we pull it out...But ther are other areas where lions have smal manes and even the Tsavo maneaters had no manes...I look at it this way a mature lion is what I am after and not going to worry if he is not an MGM lion.. the best and see you in Dallas, Mike | |||
