how about this for suggestion:

official get-together at 3:30pm Friday

and an unofficial 3:30 to 4:00pm beer/drink break Wednesday & Thursday for anyone wishing to stop by and say hello and get a cold one. That way, no-one is left out.

and we must not leave out the free entertainment at Rumbullions each night from approx. 10pm until closing ----fist-a-cuffs between South Africans and Rhodisians

I like what quickshot suggested, 3:30-4:00, Weds, Thurs, and Fri.

I will try do be there 3:30 to 4: 00 pm Weds & Thurs------leaving town friday morning

it just seems a good time for everyone to stop and get a soda/cocktail--take quick break, anyway.

Going to miss the show this year. I was holding out for the last minute but things just did not fall into place for me this year. A major disappointment for sure.
