A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Looks similar to the Putsy fly that lays its eggs in damp conditions including clothing which is then transferred to flesh.

It is one reason we iron our clothes well in Africa.

Bot or Mango fly by another name and it's extremely painful........ These little bastards are the reason why when in Africa, you should only wear clothes that can be ironed and why you should ensure that ALL clothing is properly dried AND ironed before putting them on.

100% tu2

We have nicknamed them "Mango Worms" because they tend to show up during the mango flowering season - got bugger all to do with mangoes though.

No surgical intervention is required - just grin and bear the itch for a few days until they are ripe and with a good squeeze (and a few tears) out they pop. Big Grin

Its exactly what we call them down here. Also hence the Mango flowering season. The dogs seem to have it bad. A long term parasite killer in injection form just before the season seems to get them thru. Popping those suckers on a 120 pound Rottweiler is easier said than done....
