I think the only place you can get it is from Avon. I was told I had to order online and got it a few days before I left. Maybe I was told wrong and someone can help or send you some. When do you leave? I have some left I could send you but it will take 5 or 6 days to get to you.

I probably have some around as well, but I use the combo sunscreen lotion and bug repellant, not the spray-on that some like.

I'm suprised they can't expedite it for you (for a large fee).

A local Avon lady said there are three Skin So Soft products and wanted to know which I wanted. Does anyone have an answer to this?

This is the one I use, but some prefer the spray-on variety:

They have almost constant sales and specials so I usually pick it up for $5 a tube. For me, twice a day it the ticket but in heavy tsetse country maybe more is needed.

Edit: Their website offers next business day delivery and also has a place to find a local representative.

If you buy online, they wil email you constantly about their sales!

That's the one that you want. If you have a mall in your area, check the Avon Kiosk or store often found in malls. That's where I picked up some bottles last year. Usually there's a ton of Avon reps selling their products. Someone close by has got to have some of it left over from the summer sales.

I checked and I do not have any unopened bottles, but an assortment of partially-used ones. No, I can't explain that! Confused

I also have some of the "blue" kind. Primarily for kids, it goes on blue so you can see where you missed applying it. The kids say when you rub it in the color goes away... Wink

If you do not find what you need and can pick up or arrange pick up in the Dallas area let me know.

I'm hoping your wanting it for its bug repelling ability! Smiler

Try Johnsons Skintastic, it works really good, even on the evil Tetsi fly..

Skin-so-soft works a bit but not completely or for long and I did not find that it was worth it to use the stuff over the course of a long day. On a 21-day hunt I pulled it out one day but never used it again.

I have to admit that I mostly used it because it had sunscreen in it. I'm used to biting bugs in Alaska that are as bad as anywhere else. The tsetes didn't really bother me...they sting for a second but so do the bugs we have up here.

If you're still looking, there's a ton of it for sale on eBay.

I am sure if you contacted the seller you could arrange overnight shipping.

Just make sure you don't get the bikini wax version!
