Thanks for posting Tim, I sure missed out on a great safari. I haven't seen Russell breath that hard since we climbed the Taurus mountains. Big Grin Congrats to you, Tom, Russell and the "Terminator" Jines. I'm looking forward to returning to Uganda with you in the spring.

That was a good video. Nice to see the kob and hartebeest.

Hemingway wrote The Short Happy Life...in 1936, the air crashes were in 54. The crash was about 300 yards of the river, pretty much right where you were since they were viewing the falls when they hit a telegraph line.

Thank you for Posting Tim, great to do a ride along on these trips, wish I could afford to do some of these hunts but still fantastic to watch them .

Bit like Gan Gan late in the season after we did a few burns .

Thanks for posting that, Tim.

Great memories that brought back.

So what happened with Sitatunga hunting? You went up in the Machan one day, then nothing more said... admittedly with my bad hearing, I may have missed a comment.

Tim...thanks for posting that link so we can all watch the video. It was excellent, just like the first part. As I have told you before, I am not a big fan of most of the hunting video crap out there, but I really enjoyed your Uganda videos as it very much the straight goods of what happens on a hunt.

Also very neat to be able to see that famous area vicariously through your videos and with a bunch of hunters that look like they would be fun to share a fire with. Well done.

Fantastic Video! Our family just finished watching part 2 this week. It felt like we were there with you.
Your article in Sports Afield on the trip was a great read as well.

Thanks All! Glad you enjoyed. Funny, the videos have gained a lot of traction in the last week or so and numbers really going fast. A bit is antis as I am getting as much hate email as I am positive. They don’t get that they are helping the videos go higher in the search engine. I find it hilarious. Part one is at 143k views and over 100k in last 2 weeks. Funny stuff!

Superb quality. Your shot on the kob Tim was exactly perfectly placed. Just splendid. Question on the previous kob that was shot. Just exactly how did the snare come off?

I don’t know if he shook his head or it came off when he lunged and ran, but we literally found it when you see it in video. We all expected him to have it in when we walked up to him.

Wonderful video! Thanks. Good group of hunters and lots of real nice shooting. I got a charge of the nice off-hand shot without sticks. ( It's been a long time since I have had the nerve to take a critical shot without the sticks!)

Also it's nice to see injured animals taken out of the herd.
Thanks again for sharing your first class hunt with us.

I finally made time today to watch both Parts 1 and 2.

This video is superb in every way. It is what every hunting video should be, but so few are.

Congratulations to all involved!
