I've heard the 9.3x62 is legal for dangerous game in some, but not all, African countries. What about the 9.3x64? TIA...

I think the same would apply. The way I understand the rules is that a minimum bullet diameter is given along with a minimum velocity or energy component. I don’t believe they specify particular cartridges.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! 'What the hell could possibly go wrong?'

About impossible. I use whatever cases I can get, Ken Stewart of SA makes some, but with very thick walls. Found some Horneber on a US website, havent tried them yet. Still, I wouuld not swap that rifle for anything. A friend of mine said a intersesting thing about it- He recons the rifle makes one believe that the 9.3x64 is a magical caliber, where it is the rifle that is very well build. I had a .375H&H from the same custom shop, but sold it...I wrote an article on the 9.3x64 a while back, Will see if I can post it here.
