Brad, we didn't hunt behind high fences.



There is a widespread notion that S.African hunting is all high-fence, and nothing could be further from the truth. It's BIG country, and the better hunting companies own or have hunting rights to some incredibly large pieces of real estate. On such properties, the fences you run into are cattle fences, which is little different than the sort of situation you'd run into while hunting on a big ranch here in Oregon for mule deer and elk.
